Juliana serves as a Senior Data Scientist at PrimeAI where she holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from North Carolina State University and has over a decade of experience applying optimization and data-driven decision tools to agricultural and environmental systems.
Before coming to the U.S., she collaborated in Brazil on agricultural planning and sustainability projects focused on optimizing resource allocation, crop management, and logistics for large farming operations.
Juliana’s Ph.D. research optimized a nationwide U.S. supply chain for oilseed-based Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). She modeled logistics, multimodal transport, and infrastructure investment to minimize costs while meeting production targets.
